Overview

Aveline (“we”) provides an AI receptionist used primarily by veterinary clinics and other animal-care businesses, and also available to other local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can ask us about it.

Information we collect

When you contact us through our website form, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, the software you use if you tell us, and any message you send. That form is hosted by Netlify.

When you use Aveline on your business line, we process incoming calls as needed to provide the service. That can include caller phone numbers, call audio, transcripts, and details the caller shares so we can book work and notify you.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, set up and run your receptionist line, send you call summaries, and communicate about the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share information with vendors who help us operate the website and phone service, only as needed to provide Aveline. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
